    Dr Caleb Or Chin Poh is based in the Department of Educational Development at Singapore Polytechnic.  Dr Or was an elementary school teacher before assuming a vice-principal position in two Singapore public primary schools. Currently, Dr Or is pursuing his passion for educational technology as an educational technologist.
